Working in close collaboration with our client, we have created a drawing package for the reserved matters application for 188 units. While taking into consideration the existing key features and constraints of the site, we’ve created a well-designed development which fits into the existing vernacular. We’ve reviewed the clients house type range and have created two styles to create two character areas, a modern and traditional style.
